LOCAL CUSTOMERS

If you are a local customer, you can choose to pick up your purchase yourself or to use our local delivery service.

PICKUP: If you choose to pick up your order, pickup is available during our Weekend Warehouse sale hours (Friday-Monday). We are closed to the public for pickups Tuesday through Thursday.

DELIVERY: If you choose to have your order delivered, we offer a professional, local delivery service for an additional charge. Rates will vary depending on the items purchased and the shipping address. You will receive a specific quote on the checkout page once you’ve added products to your shopping cart. Please note the delivery dates and times are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you more details about the status of the ordered items along with more details about receiving your order. Please note that although we try to stock as many products as possible, we cannot guarantee on-hand inventory on all items. Please contact our customer service team prior to placing an order to confirm stock and delivery service availability if time is of the essence.

OUT-OF-STATE CUSTOMERS

NATIONAL SHIPPING: If you live outside of our local delivery zone, you may have the option of freight shipment. Most items on our site exceed the size and weight limits of carriers like UPS and FedEx, so transporting these shipments requires the use of large freight companies. We currently do not offer in-home, white glove delivery service; the customer would be responsible for carrying the items indoors. National curbside shipping rates will vary depending on the items purchased and the shipping address.
