LOCAL CUSTOMERS
If you are a local customer, you can choose to pick up your purchase yourself or to use our local delivery service.
PICKUP: If you choose to pick up your order, pickup is available during our Weekend Warehouse sale hours (Friday-Monday). We are closed to the public for pickups Tuesday through Thursday.
DELIVERY: If you choose to have your order delivered, we offer a professional, local delivery service for an additional charge. Rates will vary depending on the items purchased and the shipping address. You will receive a specific quote on the checkout page once you’ve added products to your shopping cart. Please note the delivery dates and times are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

OUT-OF-STATE CUSTOMERS
NATIONAL SHIPPING: If you live outside of our local delivery zone, you may have the option of freight shipment. Most items on our site exceed the size and weight limits of carriers like UPS and FedEx, so transporting these shipments requires the use of large freight companies. We currently do not offer in-home, white glove delivery service; the customer would be responsible for carrying the items indoors. National curbside shipping rates will vary depending on the items purchased and the shipping address.

Liberty is a privately owned business that designs value-driven, quality furniture. In 1992, Richard Brian took the opportunity to start his own business. He began with a vision of a company that would thrive on the values of hard work, fairness, and integrity. With only seven people and a modest section of warehouse in west Atlanta, Liberty Furniture opened its doors selling only wood chairs and laminate table tops. Steadily, the company introduced more casual dining styles and the vision that was Liberty began to take form. Early on, when Liberty could only afford a basement-level showroom in High Point, Mr. Brian would take chairs out to the street in order to entice customers. Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Liberty Home Concealment warrants that each piece of furniture manufactured in its facilities will be free from defects in workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns and uses the products.
Subject to the limitations and exclusions herein, Liberty Home Concealment, at its discretion and as the sole remedy under the Liberty Home Concealment Limited Lifetime Warranty, will replace or repair a defective product or components with comparable product or components free of charge. This warranty is made only to the original purchaser from an authorized Liberty Home Concealment dealer, for as long as that original purchaser owns and uses the product.
LIMITATIONS: USE/CARE
- Warranty is limited to normal use.
- Warranty is limited to generally accepted care and maintenance of natural wood products and environments.
- Natural wood surfaces are subject to denting, scratching, and gauging if not properly used and cared for.
LIMITATIONS: MATERIALS/COMPONENTS
- Laminates, Veneers / Finishes / Lumber – 1 years
- Electrical lamps, Ballasts, Transformers – 1 years
- Fabrics, pneumatic lifts – 1 years
- Custom products built to customer specifications – years
- WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Damage identified as carrier or installer related.
- Normal wear and tear of wood products during course of ownership.
- Color, grain, or texture of natural wood materials, laminates and other covering materials.
- Damages or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper care, modifications, or relocation.
All Warranty Claims are subject to Liberty Home Concealment-approved inspections. Disputes may involve independent 3rd party evaluation.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Every unit produced at Liberty Home Concealment is completely inspected by a quality control team located within each plant whose emphasis is on assembly, finish and final inspections with empowerment to stop any unit not meeting Liberty Home Concealment’s high-quality standards.
LIGHT & NATURAL FINISHES
The beauty of veneer and all wood products comes from the variations created by nature including color, grain, and texture. These variations are not considered defects and Liberty Home Concealment’s Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover color, grain and texture variations associated with natural wood and grain seen in any finish color. Liberty Home Concealment sets standards for veneer selections; however, variations, especially apparent in light/natural finishes, will occur from one piece to another even if they are finished at the same time.
Finishes such as light color stains or natural stains will display more natural characteristics due to their light stain. Grain, pattern and color from unit to unit are not guaranteed or warranted and products will not be replaced due to these variations. Exposure to light and age will cause darkening of natural wood products; therefore, Liberty Home Concealment cannot guarantee or warrant finish match of new products being placed with existing products in the field.
GENERAL
There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above either expressed or implied. To obtain performance of these Limited Warranties, the purchaser should contact in writing the Liberty Home Concealment representatives.
